During a safety inspection of all 40 Boeing 737 Max planes operated by Indian airlines, a missing washer was discovered on one aircraft, according to aviation regulator DGCA. Following this, Boeing issued a global call for the scrutiny of all its 737 Max aeroplanes, urging checks within 24 hours for “possible loose hardware.”
