Singer Harry Styles has been spotted in Essex after visiting a pub in Epping this week. The Grammy-award-winning artist, 29, was seen recently at The Theydon Oak, on Coopersale Street, with village pub posting a picture of Harry on their social media.

The pub happily posted a selfie picture of Harry Styles outside writing in the caption: “Brand new visitor to the pub today and what a gent cheers @harrystyles.”

Styles is not the only celebrity to grace the village pub as stars like presenter Ben Shephard and Essex local and frequent visitor Rod Stewart have also been spotted. The news quickly spread as both posts on Facebook collectively got over 1300 reactions, 350 comments, and 96 shares.

Many people were left shocked that the former One Direction member was spotted in the area. One user said “I must pop in there” after seeing the post.

Another commented: “Oh wow! How lovely for you! He’s such a sweetheart xx.” While a third wrote: “Wish I still work there.. he is easier on the eye than Rod Stewart.”

The family-run Theydon Oak has been owned by Iain and Stacey Moran since 2013 and is well-known for providing home-cooked British pub food and a lovely beer garden.
